Spaghetti Squash

I'm sorta takin a break from the crafts to share this yummy discovery I made on Make it and Love It awhile back.  This definitely woke up my taste buds and I didn't have to unbutton my pants with this one..he he. It was nice and light with alot of flavor! And oh sooo easy..
I substituted the beef meatballs with turkey ones!

-Recipe-
Squash:
To sum it up (according to lovely Ashley) you just slice the squash in half, dab a tbs of butter on each slice and let cook in a 400°oven for 45min to 1hr depending on size of squash. While that baby is cooking assemble and cook ur meatballs.

Meatballs:
I sorta just made this up as I went along and they turned out pretty darn good...
-1 lbs lean ground turkey
-3 whole grain slices of bread soaked in milk
-Worcestershire sauce( about a tablespoon I just eye balled it)
-1 clove garlic minced
-salt
-pepper
-1 egg

Mix em all up and form balls, I formed them on a plate of flour to help keep everything together since ground turkey can get real soft and tricky. In a large skillet heat up some EVOO and fry those chubby meatballs until brown on all sides then add your favorite sauce and cook about 10-15 longer or until completely cooked though.
Once your squash is done just get a fork and scrape out little "noodles" and serve with the meatballs. That's it!
enjoy:)
